OpenStreetMaps

I think OpenStreetMap could be very useful in case of an emergency since the maps can be downloaded locally to be used without an internet connection.

Here's a page I just put together showcasing it on Android and Linux. If anyone tries it on iOS, let me know how it is and feel free to add a section to the page!
