 Welcome to the new SCARCS website!  Big thanks to Robert for making sure that everything runs smoothly under the hood, and to Marc, for creating most of the initial content.
 Aside from looking different, the two big differences between the new and old sites are:
   - Everyone with a login can contribute to the site either by editing or adding pages, and by adding news items like this one.
